values for all 50 states and the District of Columbia. A five year chart showing the
house appreciation rate for each state is shown on the forecast page. Links to thirty
year charts of the appreciation rate and House Price Index are typically provided just
below the five year chart, at the bottom of each page.
Long term charts of the appreciation rate for over 500 US cities is available by
clicking one of the Home Appreciation links found at the bottom right corner of each
page. Long term graphs of the House Price Index for each city is also available from
those links.
On the left and right sides of every page, there are 60 blue links to help you find the
forecasts and charts you need. The content you are looking for is at the center of the
page in black and gray. Additional links related to the content are included on each
page... usually at the bottom of each page in blue.
