During the 2nd Quarter of 2009, Ohio Home Prices had a rank of 29 with
appreciation of -2.32%. The top performer during the 2nd Quarter was North
Dakota, with appreciation of -0.08%. The worst performer during that period
was Arizona with appreciation of -6.92%.  The House Price Index indicated
falling home prices in all 50 states during the quarter. None of the states had a
rising index during this period.
The median appreciation for all states during the 2nd Quarter was -1.93%. The
average appreciation for all states during the quarter was -2.21%.

Last Year:
During the last 12 months, Ohio Home Prices had a rank of 26 with appreciation
during the year of -1.98%. The top performer during the last year was North
Dakota, with appreciation of 1.8%. The worst performer during that period was
Nevada with appreciation of -19.4%.  The House Price Index indicated rising
home prices in 8 states over the last year. Home prices fell in 43 states.
The median appreciation for all states during this period was -1.98%. The
average appreciation was -3.74%.

Last 5 Years:
Over the 5 years ended with the 2nd Quarter of 2009, Ohio Home Prices
ranked 47 with a total appreciation of 2.8%. The top performer during the 5
year period was Wyoming, with appreciation of 45%. The worst performer
during that period was Michigan with appreciation of -9%.  The House Price
Index indicated rising home prices in 47 states over the last 5 years. Home

appreciation of 1.54%. The top performer during the 1st Quarter was Michigan,
with appreciation of 2.44%. The worst performer during that period was Nevada
with appreciation of -1.92%.
The median appreciation for all states during the 1st Quarter was 0.06%. The
average appreciation for all states during the quarter was 0.09%.

Last Year:
During the last 12 months, Ohio Home Prices had a rank of 23 with appreciation
during the year of -0.73%. The top performer during the last year was North
Dakota, with appreciation of 2.6%. The worst performer during that period was
