HISTORICAL EXCHANGE RATE SUMMARY: AUD/USD
Average (Last 12 Months)         0.97
Average (Last 10 Years)           1.30
High (Last 12 Months)              0.99   (February, 2011)
Low (Last 12 Months)               0.93   (July, 2011)
High (Since February, 1972)      1.99   (April, 2001)
Low (Since February, 1972)       0.67   (March, 1974)

The Australian Dollar exchange rate for January, 2012 averaged 0.96 AUD to
USD. That's 2.8 basis points lower than the December, 2011 rate of 0.99, and
4.4 basis points lower than the January, 2011 rate of 1.00.  The fall in the
AUD/USD exchange rate from December to January provides evidence that the
short term trend in AUD/USD is down. In other words, a weakening of the US
Dollar against the Australian Dollar in the short term. If that trend continues in
the currency market, we should see an average daily rate in February, 2012
that is close to 0.93.

The average Australian Dollar conversion rate over the last 12 months was
0.97. The average rate over the last 10 years was 1.30.  A Lower Australian
Dollars to US Dollars exchange rate over the last 12 months compared to the
average currency rates over the last 10 years serve as an indicator that the
long term rate trend in AUD/USD is down (weakening US Dollar against the
Australian Dollar).

The highest currency rate for AUD/USD over the last 12 months was 0.99. The
lowest was 0.93. The market high was attained in February, 2011. The market
low was achieved in July, 2011.
