The 12 month forecast for the Singapore Dollar is in the table at the top of this
page. Forecast-Chart.com is forecasting that the exchange rate for the
Singapore Dollar will be roughly 1.25 Singapore Dollars to the USD. The table
shows a HDTFA of 0.05 which suggests that the February, 2013 currency
exchange rate could easily fall between 1.31 and 1.20 SGD/USD. Links to

The Singapore Dollar exchange rate for January, 2012 averaged 1.28 SGD to
USD. That's 1.8 basis points lower than the December, 2011 rate of 1.30, and 1
basis points lower than the January, 2011 rate of 1.29. The fall in the
SGD/USD exchange rate from December to January provides evidence that the
short term trend in SGD/USD is down. In other words, a weakening of the US
Dollar against the Singapore Dollar in the short term. If that trend continues in
the currency market, we should see an average daily rate in February, 2012
that is close to 1.26.

The average Singapore Dollar conversion rate over the last 12 months was
1.26. The average rate over the last 10 years was 1.54. A lower Singapore
Dollars to US Dollars exchange rate over the last 12 months compared to the
average currency rates over the last 10 years serve as an indicator that the
long term rate trend in SGD/USD is down (weakening US Dollar against the
Singapore Dollar).

The highest currency rate for SGD/USD over the last 12 months was 1.30. The
lowest was 1.21. The market high was attained in December, 2011. The market
low was achieved in August, 2011.
